This recognition is awarded to hospitality businesses that consistently receive high ratings through traveler reviews.

The Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality, quantity, and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor, as well as a business’ ranking on the Popularity Index of the site. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews, and been listed on the site for at least 12 months.

Recent praise from resort guests includes the following comments: “Fabulous place to stay with efficient, happy and helpful staff;” “As with all the CLC resorts we have visited, it is good to know that the service provided is always the best quality;” and “The accommodation was faultless and all the staff friendly.”
