Lake Forest, CA, September 25, 2017 – Vacation Resorts International (VRI), a provider of management and leisure services to vacation owners and an operating business of ILG (Nasdaq: ILG), has added the Mountain Retreat Resort in Arnold, California, to its portfolio of managed properties.  The resort is located in the heart of “Gold Country” in Calaveras County - one of the state’s original counties, known for its rich history and untouched landscapes.

VRI is delivering a range of services, including property maintenance; financial expertise in the areas of accounting, billing and collections; resort management utilizing its proprietary software; and owner rental and vacation exchange services.

Mountain Retreat Resort has 31 two-bedroom townhomes along a stretch of the Sequoia Woods Country Club. The accommodations are cabin inspired featuring a home-like setting, with full kitchens, fireplaces, dining rooms, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, washer and dryers, and an abundance of natural light.  The resort has a number of on-site amenities, including a gym, mini theater, game room, indoor pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills.

The town of Arnold, located just 100 miles outside of Sacramento near the heart of the Sierras, offers visitors a multitude of year-round activities. Guests can enjoy skiing, tubing, and sledding during the winter, and golfing, hiking, rock climbing, and boating during the warmer months.  The region is known for its scenic beauty, charming wineries, and access to Big Trees State Park, Colombia State Park, Mercer Caverns, and Yosemite National Park. Visitors come from around the world to see the giant sequoia trees that measure 250 to 300 feet high and span 25 to 30 feet across.
